Power failure

Encountered Power Failure at 1130am just now
Went down by stairs to check if there is a notice posted below, but there was none
The Fire-Man's Lift is the only lift that is working, powered by backup power n backup lights that were so dim.
The lift made those weird 'grrr' sounds but nevertheless the firemans lift function is working as it's supposed to do so
Power was restored at 1145am
